How were you first introduced to ServiceNow? What was your first job using the platform?

I was working as a "Database Developer" supporting multiple Self-Service applications for an MSP when a customer needed a temporary resource to handle ServiceNow admin work on short notice. I was dropped in with an ID and a link to Wiki. Go!
