A Year of Impact, Collaboration, and Agility
As we close the doors on 2025, we look back at a year that was nothing short of transformative for GlideFast Consulting. This year, we celebrated a decade of excellence, marking our 10th Anniversary with a reflection on how far we’ve come and where we are headed.
Our journey this year was guided by three defining pillars: Impact, Collaboration, and Agility. These values fueled our growth, strengthened our partnerships, and allowed us to deliver world-class ServiceNow solutions across the globe.
Our primary focus has always been, and remains, the success of our customers. This year’s impact is reflected in how we delivered value and drove digital transformation across the enterprise. GlideFast has supported 300+ clients, including 90+ new customers, across various industries. Our team’s dedication to execution and quality resulted in 500+ successful ServiceNow projects while maintaining a stellar 4.72/5 CSAT score. These outcomes aren't just numbers; they represent our commitment to long-term customer success and our ability to deliver results when it matters most.
Collaboration served as the engine for our growth this year as we strengthened our partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem and deepened our synergy with the platform. By mobilizing our 625+ global employees across five countries, we focused on delivering seamless, high-touch support to our clients worldwide. This collaborative spirit was further reflected in hosting 100+ events across five countries and leading 300+ live training sessions to upskill the ecosystem.
In a year that demanded constant evolution, agility was the cornerstone of our ability to pivot and perform. GlideFast remained ahead of the curve with 5000+ ServiceNow accreditations/certifications, 20 CMA/CTAs, and 12 Product Line Achievements. This commitment to growth ensured our teams were equipped to deliver at speed and at scale, resulting in 10 Validated Practices that meet the highest standards of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Honoring a Lasting Legacy
Central to everything we do is the spirit of our late founder and CEO, Michael Lombardo; we continue to honor Mike’s legacy by fostering a culture of "relentless excellence" and ensuring that his passion for people and innovation remains the heartbeat of GlideFast. His spirit of giving back remains a cornerstone of GlideFast.
This year, we are incredibly proud to have raised over $100,000 for the Lombardo Legacy Fund, directly supporting the Joe Andruzzi Foundation and its mission to help cancer patients and their families. From the Boston Marathon to our Feeding America Campaign, we are committed to making an impact that lasts far beyond the platform.
