This year, we faced the profound loss of our founder and CEO, a visionary who shaped the very heart and soul of GlideFast Consulting. Michael Lombardo's leadership and dedication built a foundation that continues to drive us forward. We remain committed to upholding the values he instilled in us — excellence, integrity, and service — as we continue to grow and honor his legacy.
We are incredibly proud to share that GlideFast Consulting has once again been named ServiceNow’s Customer Workflows Partner of the Year — for the second consecutive year. This prestigious recognition highlights our continued success in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving impactful results through ServiceNow’s solutions. It’s a testament to the hard work of our team and the strong relationships we've built with our customers.

In line with our global expansion strategy, we’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Toronto, Canada. Toronto represents a key milestone in our journey to bring world-class ServiceNow expertise to more customers across the globe.
This year, we introduced our New Industry Solutions, solidifying our position as the Go-To Industry Partner. With tailored solutions across various industries, including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing, GlideFast Consulting is more equipped than ever to help organizations digitally transform with ServiceNow.
