The Triage function developed by GlideFast is a configurable questionnaire available to employees in the service portal. It helps to determine appropriate next steps based on symptoms reported.

The portal pairs GlideFast's Triage function with APPOXIO's eye for design for a fresh take on the look and feel from ServiceNow's out of the box product. It also adds a layer of back-end logic that ties together the Self Report, Exposure Management and Emergency Outreach apps from ServiceNow so organizations can respond faster and more efficiently during emergency situations.
