To address these challenges, our team implemented a comprehensive solution using ServiceNow's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Key components of the solution included:

• GRC Risk Management Module: Enabled the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, enhancing the organization's resilience.
• Integration with Censinet Workflow Connector: Enhanced compliance monitoring and risk assessment capabilities.

We also facilitated the migration of over 4 GB of data from the previous ServiceNow instances, ensuring a seamless transition and the preservation of critical information. Custom workspaces were configured to meet the client's specific organizational structure and compliance requirements. Throughout the project, our team provided continuous support, including weekly meetings, training sessions, and assistance with the Censinet integration.
