GlideFast configured a comprehensive onboarding solution, including a Record Producer to capture details, catalog items and workflows to guide users, and custom notifications (welcome emails, login steps, task assignments, reminders, etc.) in multiple languages. A Mobile app was also developed for new hires and the client’s hiring team to enhance the experience. Additionally, GlideFast tailored workflows and templates to meet specific client needs and provided hypercare support post-deployment to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
